You may not copy, sell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, extract data from, or create derivative works from BRIXEL except where applicable law expressly allows it.
If BRIXEL offers sign-in, cloud progress, achievements, or leaderboards, you are responsible for the accuracy and security of the account you use and for complying with the terms of the relevant platform provider.
We may suspend, reset, remove, or refuse scores, progress, names, or activity that appear fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, technically harmful, or inconsistent with fair gameplay.
BRIXEL is free to download and supported by advertising, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. It may also offer optional paid features, ad-free access, virtual items, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the relevant app marketplace, such as Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to that marketplace’s payment and refund rules.
Rewarded ads are optional; if you choose to watch one to earn an in-game reward, the reward is delivered after the ad is viewed as required. Paid features are licensed, not sold, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued where permitted by law. If you believe a purchase requires review, contact the marketplace or our support team with the transaction details.
BRIXEL relies on third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics, social sharing, platform login, and app store services, and may include links to third-party websites and services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, ads, purchases, policies, or practices.
BRIXEL and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Nexera Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. BRIXEL is an independent game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party brand of similar puzzle games.
You may not use the BRIXEL name, brand assets, gameplay content, code, designs, or other protected materials without prior written permission, except for personal gameplay sharing that is lawful and non-commercial.
BRIXEL is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, preservation of progress, or that the game will meet every expectation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexera Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, loss-of-data, loss-of-progress, loss-of-profit, or business interruption damages arising from or related to BRIXEL.
You may stop using BRIXEL at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, misuse the game, or if BRIXEL or a feature is no longer offered.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this page applies from its stated update date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are intended to apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws. Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.
