Snake Modern is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, preservation of progress, or that the game will meet every expectation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexera Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, loss-of-data, loss-of-progress, loss-of-profit, or business interruption damages arising from or related to Snake Modern.
You may stop using Snake Modern at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, misuse the game, or if Snake Modern or a feature is no longer offered.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this page applies from its stated update date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
